Travelers in Kenya: Antonio and family

Travel with your family means to enjoy quality time with your relatives and make strong family relationships. It's a beautiful way to enjoy amazing experiences together. So when Antonio contacted us and told us that he wanted to travel with his wife and two daughters, aged 17 and 19, we knew it would be a very special African safari.

At first they had thought Tanzania as their destination, but after talking about the date of travel, the duration, itinerary and others, we decided to change and make a safari in Kenya. Our interlocutor was always Antonio, which is who prepared with us the whole trip. Quick answers and always open to suggestions, we decided the accommodation they wanted, the best to stay with the family and always with a good location for their safaris.

They made a safari in Kenya in June 2015 with a duration of 9 days and 8 nights. Their first contact with the African country was Nairobi, where they landed in the early morning, met with Jimmy and went direct to their first destination, Samburu. They stayed there 2 nights at the Ashnil Samburu Camp, superb accommodation where they highlight the charm of the place and the friendly staff.

From here they went to Nakuru, where they enjoyed a privileged position in the Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge, with great views of Lake Nakuru and where they spent two nights. Later they went to the large reserve of Masai Mara, with 3 amazing days full of activities, fun, laughs and adventures. Here they stayed at the Mara Basecamp Explorer, accommodation which they loved because the beauty of the place, its food and great service.

And finally they visited Lake Naivasha, ate in the surrounding area and headed to Nairobi to spend the night because their flight was early the next morning.

Some of their words after the trip: "The trip has delighted us all four. About accommodations, we loved the ones in Masai Mara and Samburu, by the charm of the place and staff. There were few people and the treatment was very nice. Jimmy is a lovely person, we really enjoyed with him and we believe he did it too. We talked about everything and he was very willing to all our requests. As I am a biologist we talked a lot about birds and share their names in our respective languages. Juan, safari guide who is learning Spanish, also shared the safari with us and Jimmy and we had the opportunity through them to learn many things from Kenya ".

To HISIA SAFARIS it has been a pleasure to travel with you, Antonio and Luisa, with the freshness of Paula and Sofia and especially enjoy the good times, share knowledge and bring different cultures together. Asante sana family!
